Key Responsibilities- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals
- Conduct financial screenings to determine patient eligibility for services
- Use Epic and online resources to ensure Medicare medical necessity
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-high school training or college preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with Epic a plus
