Metalworking Specialist

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of metalworking techniques and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of sheet metal equipment, including shears, punch presses, and forming machines. You will work closely with our development team to create new parts and assemblies, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate sheet metal assemblies and parts using precision sheet metal equipment
* Collaborate with the development team to design and build new parts and assemblies
* Ensure quality and accuracy in all work, adhering to company standards and procedures
* Operate and maintain precision sheet metal equipment, including shears, punch presses, and forming machines
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in metalworking or related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
* Strong understanding of metalworking techniques and processes
* Experience working with precision sheet metal equipment, including shears, punch presses, and forming machines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation:
* Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000
