We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine APRN or PA to join our team at Dartmouth Health Manchester. As a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Medical Home environment, where you will practice autonomously and in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a primary care panel of patients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Practice autonomously and in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years working in a primary care clinical setting
  • Prior experience managing a primary care panel of patients
