Advanced Practice Provider, Cardiovascular Specialist

Catholic Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiovascular Medicine team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with cardiologists, and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with cardiologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform diversified clinical duties, including inpatient, outpatient, and satellite office assessments, consultations, and follow-up care.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in clinical research projects, attend educational programs, and maintain current knowledge in cardiovascular medicine.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Three or more years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, with a minimum of one year in cardiovascular medicine.
- Licensed by the state of NH as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- ACLS authorization.
