Technology Security Associates is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented COMSEC Clerk to support our customer at a secure facility. As a COMSEC Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and accounting for all COMSEC devices and materials, ensuring compliance with US Government security regulations and directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily vault inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Issue and receive COMSEC equipment and keying material
  • Conduct destruction of keys and maintain secure storage
  • Provide initial COMSEC briefings and conduct periodic and ad hoc COMSEC training
  • Maintain compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
  • Participate in compliance assessment reviews and perform self-inspections
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action
  • Complete daily facility inspection checklists and manage door/safe combinations
  • Maintain document and material accountability program
  • Resolve other related program Security issues as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Strong initiative with ability to operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem solving/process improvement skills
  • Interim clearance required to start
  • Qualifications Desired:
    • TOP SECRET clearance
    • Experience with COMSEC and KMI as a local element or higher tier
    • Working knowledge of KMI, CMS, OPSEC, PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC
    • Working knowledge of MICS and MTS
    • Completion of COMSEC PQS is a plus
