Behavioral Health Clinician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Wentworth Health Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral health assessments and interventions in a consultative role alongside medical providers.
  • Work as a core member of a multi-disciplinary integrated care team supporting primary care practices.
  • Manage a broad spectrum of behavioral health needs for patients.
  • Deliver brief evidence-based interventions, including psychoeducation, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to enhance patient care plans.
  • Triage patients and coordinate care with community partners as needed.
