Critical Care Nursing Job Opportunity

Comanche County Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role as a Critical Care Nurse.

We offer a competitive $84,000 - $112,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

About the Role:

This position involves caring for patients with complex medical needs in our Stepdown unit. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support families during their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care to critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient status and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current RN licensure in Oklahoma
  • At least 2 years of experience in Critical Care or related field
  • Basic Life Support certification
