Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on food safety and quality assurance procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve food safety and quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the meat and seafood industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
