Job Description
Tacori's Regional Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in driving sales growth and customer engagement across our target markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in your assigned territory.

Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with retail stores and their sales leadership teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales decisions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions

Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in your assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Tacori products and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer retention strategies

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales decisions
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to effectively use these tools to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and results to internal stakeholders

Salary Range
$75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
