Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Staff Supervisor to join our team at Providence RN. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within our clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your professional nursing perspective to our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members.
  • Lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
  • Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire (for locations in Washington).
  • 3 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
  • Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
