{"**Job Summary**": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team at ALPLA Inc.

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for conducting and providing warehousing services in a professional manner to assigned departments with highest efficiency and accuracy.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all shipment procedures are followed in accordance to customer requirements, training and delegating tasks to Forklift Operators, and maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conducts and provides warehousing services in a professional manner to assigned departments with highest efficiency and accuracy.

* Ensures all shipment procedures are followed in accordance to customer requirements.

* Ensures all Forklift Operators are trained in procedures and follow them.

* Delegates and coordinates tasks to Forklift Operators.

* Maintains a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

* Prepares finished product to ship to customer.

* Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity.

* Prints Bills of Lading.

* Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.

* Performs other duties as needed.

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution.

* Min 2 years of experience as Forklift Operator preferred.

* Certified Forklift Operator.

* Strong computer skills.

* Lead skills.

* Safety awareness and quality consciousness.
