Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of portfolio reports to advise management and staff on the ongoing status of the portfolio, including exposure and risk.
  • Collect, handle, store, and synthesize data into coherent reports.
  • Provide data and analysis to support the development of portfolio reviews.
  • Develop preliminary information and analysis used to identify essential portfolio review and compliance issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely data and analyses.
  • Draft Sector Reports, Monthly Portfolio Status Reports, Watch List, and Project Update Reports.
  • Perform quarterly data quality audits of Portfolio Management Division financial models.
  • Provide support in implementing and performing data quality assessments.
  • Contribute information and data for briefings for the Senior Program Leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
  • Experience working in project finance is preferred.
  • Financial reporting experience preferred.
  • Experience in accounting, financial services, or other relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines independently and yet still be team-oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Education: Bachelor's Degree
