- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community resources.
- Prepare and deliver presentations about our services to potential clients.
- Implement account development strategies to drive growth in the staffing sector.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in recruitment, marketing, and sales, particularly within healthcare services.
- Experience in agency sales, particularly in clinical staffing, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Familiarity with medical staffing and recruitment processes, referral sources, and market dynamics.
Proficient in computer and internet usage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet goals under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work with limited resources.
Demonstrated capacity to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining high motivation.
