Job Title: Nursing Supervisor Full-Time Night Shift

Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our residential treatment program, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our youth, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Youth Counselors
  • Participate in MPA's residential treatment model for youth
  • Supervise youth, in accordance with MPA policies and procedures
  • Facilitate the residential program's routine and coordinate recreational and educational programming
  • Document all services provided according to program policies and procedures
  • Engage in behavioral management techniques and communicate effectively with other employees and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Associate's or higher degree with a minimum of 12 credits in human services or a related field
  • 2 years of full-time experience working with children, preferably in a residential setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to seek assistance when needed
