Principal Product Manager - Marketplace

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the growth and management of our two-sided marketplace. This is a key role that will oversee the development and execution of the product vision, aligning with commercial objectives and delivering value to healthcare providers (HCPs) and pharmaceutical clients.

PrescriberPoint is a Series A digital health firm funded by prominent investors, including Lilly, Pfizer, Adobe, and Mastercard. Our purpose is to reduce tensions, time, and anxieties in healthcare through AI-enabled content and tools.

Job Overview:

As Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the product vision for our two-sided marketplace, transforming it into a scalable ecosystem that delivers lasting value to HCPs and pharmaceutical clients. Your role will involve continuous experimentation to enhance user experience and optimize platform commercial potential.

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of PrescriberPoint's two-sided marketplace, aligning product development with clear, compelling messaging that resonates with users and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, research, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure product features are effectively communicated, adopted, and deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Tiered Product Strategies: Develop scalable models to attract new pharmaceutical clients, diversify revenue streams, and deliver enhanced value for HCPs through impactful content and tools.
  • User Experience and Engagement: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, leading testing and iteration of new product concepts, leveraging analytics and user feedback to refine features and optimize the platform.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strategic Product Management: Proven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in a two-sided marketplace.
  • Market Positioning: Skilled in aligning product development with messaging that resonates with target users and stakeholders.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Agile Methodologies: Expertise in agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and continuous product refinement.
  • Product Management Tools: Proficient with tools like JIRA, Trello, and Slack for workflow management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In product management, ideally managing large content-driven websites, marketplaces, or marketing platforms.
  • Proven Success: In launching and scaling two-sided marketplace products, with a strong focus on user engagement and monetization.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a 401(k) plan and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
