Job Title: Insurance Sales Professional
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
The Insurance Sales Professional role at Conoryea & Associates, LLC involves marketing and selling American Family Insurance products in all product lines. This individual must maintain effective customer relationships, understand customers' needs, and match them with appropriate product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops knowledge of the local market dynamics for business development opportunities in all product lines
- Helps the agency grow by using consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers
- Proactively cross-sells and coordinates with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers
- Prospects for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts
- Secures new business through individual effort and established lead methods
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, and organize work
- Active involvement in the local community
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
