Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, and responding to member inquiries
  • Conduct studio tours, highlighting our facilities and services
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships, promoting our packages and services
  • Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
