  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of canning, bottling, and kegging equipment.
  • Perform visual inspections of boxes to guarantee proper box/tray usage and accurate graphics.
  • Verify proper coding on bottles, cans, boxes/trays, and kegs according to company standards.
  • Accurately complete process quality checks and report any major defects or quality issues to the shift lead or supervisor.
  • Maintain packaging lines, including starting and stopping packaging equipment.
  • Perform machine and beer line sanitation and clean in place (CIP) operations.
  • Effectively communicate with warehouse personnel regarding goods that need to be returned to inventory.
  • Perform package format changeovers on equipment and production lines as required.
  • Load corrugate, labels, bottles/cans/kegs, carriers, etc. in appropriate machines.
  • Monitor the flow of materials into machines and clear jams if necessary.
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, staging/moving/loading/unloading materials.
  • Adhere to 5S and Lean Manufacturing Principles and maintain cGMP compliance.
  • Recommend changes to SOPs when corrections are needed.
  • Assist in training team members as needed.

  • Previous experience in bottle, can, or keg filling is preferred, as well as forklift experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
