Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Lifestyle Corporation. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Recognize and report any abnormal changes in body functioning to a supervisor.
  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents safely and efficiently.
  • Provide skin care and promote wound healing.
  • Contribute to the resident's assessment and plan of care.
  • Provide nursing rehabilitation and restorative nursing services.
  • Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by the supervisor.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Respect and maintain resident confidentiality.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CNA licensure depending on state requirements and regulations.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
