Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Program Coordinator to join our Internal Medicine, Cardiology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and evaluating program operations and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and coordinate program operations and procedures
  • Develop and oversee budget development for the program
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external departments and agencies
  • Establish program goals and objectives and direct program evaluation and quality control activities
  • Plan and coordinate special events and participate in conferences
  • Presents data and program information and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field
  • At least five years of experience in a related field
  • Pre-award and post-award experience with large, multi-site NIH grants and clinical trials experience
