- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
