Actuary Role Overview

We are in search of a proficient Actuary to aid in our financial risk management strategies for targeted market segments. In this capacity, you will evaluate a variety of elements including provider networks, premium structures, regulatory modifications, and more to predict trends and gauge competitiveness. Establishing robust relationships with key clients and partners is crucial for success in this role.

Key Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or a related discipline
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in health insurance actuarial positions
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as R, SAS, or SQL
  • Expertise in pricing, reserving, or predictive analytics

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or a related discipline
  • Experience in pharmacy-related actuarial functions
  • Capability to present solutions to key stakeholders
