Position Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Prep Cook. This position involves preparing and serving food while adhering to all applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily production schedules and preparation requirements.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and waste.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Label and store food items in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports as required.
  • Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Resolve any customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food preparation role is preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to quality and safety in food handling is essential.
