- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health and promoting hospital services.
- Assist incoming and outgoing clients with necessary documentation, pet information, and instructions.
- Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
- Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.
