  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health and promoting hospital services.
  • Assist incoming and outgoing clients with necessary documentation, pet information, and instructions.
  • Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
  • Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.
