Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee leasing results and strategy at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our team and customers, and driving business growth through effective leasing practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Manage and analyze leasing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Train and develop onsite staff to ensure excellent customer service and leasing results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in leasing and property management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of related leasing experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
  • Driver's License required.
