Job Summary

Fairway Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, recording, and depositing incoming rents within 24 hours of collection
  • Notifying residents of delinquent rent
  • Ensuring vacant apartments are ready to lease quickly and marketing those units diligently
  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents and resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner
  • Inspecting and/or supervising the work of outside vendors
  • Maintaining and balancing petty cash monthly
  • Supervising daily activities of maintenance and housekeeping staff
