1. Conduct regular security patrols of assigned areas, either on foot or via vehicle, while monitoring for any irregularities or potential safety hazards.

2. Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.

3. Enforce rules and regulations by addressing violations such as loitering or unauthorized access.

4. Manage access control by allowing entry to authorized personnel and overseeing exits to prevent theft and ensure compliance with client protocols.

5. Document and report on accidents, incidents, and any suspicious activities observed during shifts.

6. Provide assistance and guidance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

7. Utilize mobile technology to perform tours and scan identification tags as required.

**Candidate Profile:**

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Security Officer License issued by the State of California.

- A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

- At least one year of verifiable security experience or related skills.

- Proficiency in operating communication devices and monitoring systems.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- An ability to assess situations effectively and identify critical issues quickly.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

**Physical Requirements:**

This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to varying temperatures. Major activities include walking, standing, and observing. The position requires minimal stooping or kneeling.

**Compensation:** $15 per hour
