Litigation Secretary

AGG Legal Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Secretary to support our team of attorneys in Las Vegas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our litigation practice.

• Manage complex calendars, dockets, and appointments for assigned attorneys
• Transcribe dictation and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other litigation documents
• Screen incoming calls and correspondence, and respond as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date attorney time entry and billing records
• Organize and maintain client files in our document management system (DMS) and physical files
• Provide backup support to other legal assistants as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in electronic filing and document management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
