Pinebrook Retirement Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

As a Senior Care Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective outreach plans to promote our senior care services to healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement outreach plans to promote senior care services
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and caregivers on our senior care services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of senior care services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach plans and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
