Job Summary:
Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Physician / OB-GYN to join our team in Georgia. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborate with midwives and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Meet productivity and quality metrics to ensure a competitive bonus structure
Benefits:

- Employer-matched retirement plan, up to 5% of salary after 2 years
- CME funds of $1500 annually, 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO per year, and 40 hours of CME leave per year
- 8 paid holidays and eligibility for loan repayment through the NHSC
Compensation and Relocation Package:
Competitive salary range of $325,000 - $350,000, based on experience, with a relocation package of $10,000 - $15,000, depending on location.
Quality Indicators and Productivity Bonus:
We have established quality indicators and a productivity bonus structure to recognize and reward exceptional performance. Physicians who meet or exceed quality metrics and productivity targets will be eligible for a bonus up to $5,000 every 6 months.
