The practice is located approximately 30 miles from Albany and 125 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, making it an ideal location for those who value a balance between work and personal life.
Practice Details:
Our practice is a well-established medical facility with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. As a Physician / OB-GYN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our midwives to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Malpractice and liability insurance
- Health Insurance through Cigna
- Retirement plan with employer matching up to 5% of salary after 2 years
- CME funds - $1500 annually
- 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO per year
- 40 hours of CME leave per year
- 8 Paid Holidays
Productivity Bonus:
We offer a productivity bonus for physicians who meet certain productivity targets, including:
- $15 per visit for any visit over 300 in a month's time
Quality Bonus:
We also offer a quality bonus for physicians who meet certain quality indicators, including:
- Up to $5,000 every 6 months
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience, with a salary range of $325,000 - $350,000. A relocation package of $10,000 - $15,000 is also available for eligible candidates.
