Senior Vice President of Agricultural and Commercial Lending

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President Agriculture/Commercial Loan Officer to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, approving loans, and helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure credit worthiness
- Approve loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to the loan committee
- Help customers by answering questions and providing guidance on loan options
- Oversee the credit function of the branch and take over and expand a healthy and established portfolio
- 5 years of experience as an Agriculture/Commercial Loan Officer
- Leadership aspirations and qualities
- Possess strong credit experience and business development mindset
- Loyal and hard-working with a team-first mentality
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products
- Familiarity with sales, ag or commercial loan processing, and closing processes
- Ability to multi-task quickly and effectively
- Good communication skills
