Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nationwide. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the upkeep of apartment facilities.
  • Assist in the coordination and performance of landscape maintenance duties, including snow removal.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work with vendors to schedule work and inspect quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC mechanical and life safety systems.
  • Ability to install, maintain, repair, and operate moderately complex HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems and devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and test moderately complex HVAC mechanical systems and components.
