Requirements
  • Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, active California State Bar membership, minimum 35 years of experience in personal injury law with a focus on pre-litigation, prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and case management skills, excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
