Bartender/Cocktail Server

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Cocktail Server to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

1. Bar Operations: Set up, maintain, and operate the bar, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
2. Drink Service: Take drink orders from guests, food servers, and cocktail servers, and prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Cash Handling: Ring drink orders into the register, collect payment, and make change, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Basic Knowledge: Have a basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes.
• Math Skills: Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money accurately.
• Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.

This is a graveyard shift position, requiring the ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
