Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team at nGenium. As a key member of our medical imaging engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, focusing on MRI/CT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, focusing on MRI/CT systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Work independently, traveling as needed to various sites, to provide on-site support and maintenance services.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, calibrations, and system verifications to ensure equipment is functioning within manufacturer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in high-pressure environments, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Accurately document service activities and submit timely reports to management and clients.
  • Manage and maintain company assets and test equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet industry standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed procedures, work well in a team, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and using hands.
  • Field-based role with frequent travel within a 4-hour radius, including some overnight stays, to provide on-site support and maintenance services.
