About the Role

This position supports Samaritan Health Services in providing quality nursing care to patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor, assisting with procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient records, and relaying test results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist practitioners in performance of procedures and maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Provide safe and quality nursing care within scope of practice

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
  • Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
  • Previous experience in clinical setting preferred
