Job Title: Geotechnical Engineering Team Lead

At Professional Engineering Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements and company goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client needs are satisfied.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as engineering or geology, and at least 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
  • Certification or licensure in field of expertise.
