Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of geotechnical engineers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client requirements and company goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Master's degree or PhD in geotechnical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certification or licensure in geotechnical engineering is a plus.
