Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and stock merchandise in the back room, ensuring that all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor to create an attractive and inviting shopping experience for our customers.
  • Notify management when products and supplies need to be ordered to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of all products carried in the departments and be able to locate products quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle spoiled or damaged products in accordance with established guidelines to minimize waste and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked store environment, adhering to all safety and food safety guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
