Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to promote quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- BSN required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in the acute care setting.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years charge/management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Licensed and currently registered in NYS to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS required.
