Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Cumberland Additive Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to additive manufacturing, CNC operations, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload, clean, and perform daily maintenance on additive printers, including preparation and loading of equipment.
- Perform de-powdering of parts and part/plate separation via bandsaw or wire EDM as needed.
- Support removal and other finishing duties, such as grinding, sanding, cutting, etc., on parts.
- Unload, clean, and perform daily maintenance on CNC equipment.
- Interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Orders, and Dimensional Prints.
- Utilize part inspection equipment, including gage pins, calipers, height gage, micrometers, depth gages, and thread gages.
- Identify parts correctly, accurately, and legibly for traceability.
- Produce parts within a pre-determined production time frame.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety policies.
- Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of manufacturing experience in additive manufacturing or related operations.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
- U.S. person status is required due to ITAR regulations.
Preferred Skills
Machining experience preferred.
