Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Autumn Care of Shallotte. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and experience in long-term care preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
