We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience every time they visit.

1. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Waitstaff.
2. Perform walk-through inspections of the dining room to ensure areas are correctly set up for service.
3. Assist with the transition to the mid-shift and re-assign stations as needed to completely cover the dining room during break periods.
4. Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner and fulfill their needs and assist with special requests.
5. Handle guest concerns and complaints properly and in a calm, professional manner using the LAST approach.
6. Ensure that our guests have a great dining experience every time they visit by following the GOLDEN Rules of service.

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
3. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and wipe.
4. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move around at a brisk pace.
5. Must be able to work well under stress and exercise good judgment when dealing with guest problems and complaints.
6. Must be able to work on time in a company-approved uniform.
7. Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
8. Must actively participate in daily Huddles.
9. Must possess excellent communication skills and be a customer service champion.
