What Role Will You Play?
The Onsite AV Project Implementation Supervisor is tasked with providing guidance and oversight for various projects on location. This role includes supervising subcontractors and ensuring adherence to standards and processes that enhance quality, speed, and efficiency. As the primary contact for customer escalations, this position represents Diversified during the implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site operations and subcontractor performance.
  • Conduct hiring, performance evaluations, and terminations of team members.
  • Provide training on installation standards and client interactions.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze project data to make informed decisions within budget constraints.
  • Resolve onsite issues collaboratively with the site superintendent and clients.
  • Enforce performance standards and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support integration issue resolution on-site.
  • Assist in developing and implementing installation processes and standards.
  • Recommend training for team development to ensure excellence.
  • Help create growth plans for operational staff to secure long-term success.
  • Contribute to the Quality Assurance program compliance.
  • Track departmental goals and objectives related to field implementation.
  • Ensure safety, quality control, and ISO compliance at job sites.
  • Coordinate service activities to include all systems needing support.
  • Verify readiness for site activities.
  • Manage tools and materials for field operations.
  • Conduct site surveys for project support.
  • Ensure commissioning readiness.
  • Review daily field reports for accuracy and completeness.
Complexity of Role:
  • Implement and verify standards for deployment.
  • Act as the immediate escalation point for job site issues.
Decision-Making Authority:
  • Provide feedback on hiring, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Make decisions regarding personnel removal from job sites.
  • Enforce training standards for contractors.
  • Verify timesheets, PTO, and expenses.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites within the assigned area.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is strongly preferred.

Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years in AV technology integration and project oversight is required.
