  • Plan, coordinate, and communicate critical information to EVS supervisors and staff regarding bed turnover, clinic, diagnostic, and lab area messages and assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with Patient Placement on bed turnover situations.
  • Provide strong customer service and interpersonal skills, prioritization, organization, and leadership abilities to effectively manage daily operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the EVS department.
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education/Training/Experience:
    • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
    • Strong skills in interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
    • Ability to effectively provide direction to staff.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Ability to set priorities and use good judgment.
  • License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
    • None.
  • Pay Status:
    • Non-Exempt Hourly.
