Technical Services - Office (DocuCare) Level 1


Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for contracted services, ensuring effective equipment support and service delivery.
- Exhibit the necessary skills to fulfill basic customer requirements.
- Perform routine tasks as defined, acting as the point of contact for equipment support and service inquiries.
- Manage the Move/Add/Change/Dispose (MACD) processes for office equipment and assets.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in basic computer operations, including keyboard and mouse functions.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including:
- EXCEL: Opening saved workbooks, data entry, formatting, printing, and utilizing formulas.
- OUTLOOK: Email management, inbox organization, and appointment scheduling.
- WORD: File management, formatting documents, and printing.
- Competent in using web browsers for research and information gathering.
- Ability to send documents to designated printers.
- Basic mathematical skills, including division, multiplication, and percentages.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maturity in a business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role.

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
