About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Certified Fellow (CF) to join our team. As a SLPA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the SLP in implementing treatment plans, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality care.
  • Provide direct therapy services, using a variety of techniques and strategies to support client progress.
  • Prepare therapy materials, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that promotes efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and document client progress, providing regular updates to the SLP and other relevant professionals.
  • Collaborate with the SLP to adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and personalized care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals, using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality policies, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
  • Experience working in a speech therapy setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the SLP and other team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care to clients.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is: USD per hour.
