We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team at Coach. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product recommendations.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to discuss product features with customers, suggest add-on items, and complete daily operational tasks such as maintaining the store, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
