OpportunityWe seek a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our platform. You'll play a key role in defining product strategies, collaborating across teams, and bringing new ideas to life. This requires a proactive attitude, autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This full-time hybrid position is based in our NYC office and reports to the Product Lead. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with company goals and user needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to support product development from concept to launch.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and prioritization decisions.
  • Prioritizing features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and business impact.
  • Adapting quickly to changes in direction and business priorities to keep projects moving forward.
  • Driving project timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, and leveraging it to enhance the user experience and product functionality.
  • Preparing and maintaining product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitoring and reporting on product performance metrics and user engagement, making data-informed decisions for product iteration.
  • Participating in user feedback sessions, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions for product strategy development.
  • Supporting the coordination of product launches and post-launch analyses.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile product development processes and tools such as JIRA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-starter with adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Proven ability to make informed recommendations and decisions under guidance.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Prior start-up experience is strongly preferred.
